Every new agent quickly learns that creating solid partnerships with their loan officer, title and escrow folks, inspectors, etc., can make the difference between closing transactions and having them fall apart. Being able to work with other businesses that you know you can rely on to provide quality work in a timely manner takes a lot of the stress out of an agent’s business.
So it is with Real Estate Schools.
Our relationship with the Department of Licensing built over many years of attending RE Commission meetings (since 1989) and participating in the Education and Changing Business Practices sub-committees is critical to our ability to stay ‘ahead of the curve’ in changes from the regulatory side of the industry.
We have also developed partnerships with REALTOR® Associations around the state to bring our classes to their members at a reasonable price. And we enjoy the partnerships we have with several Designated Brokers who teach our classes in their offices thus providing their agents with a great benefit. And many lenders and title companies have also partnered with us to bring classes to their staff as well as agents.
We are also privileged to partner with McFerran University in Tacoma to provide our live classes through them as well as Kaplan University for online classes.
And we are delighted to announce our partnership with Rockwell Institute which will bring pre-license classes to potential new agents for $399, 1st renewal package for $279 and Managing Broker package for $429. All packages include necessary text books and for the pre-license package the cram course is also included. We also have a selection of Rockwell courses for continuing education classes. Classes are online or correspondence.

And last, but certainly not least, we appreciate the relationships we have with the many students who have attended our classes over the years. You have enriched our lives more than you will ever know!
